If you’re traveling anywhere near Belgium, make a trip to L’air du temps, which is located in Namur. It’s a two star Michelin restaurant and visiting is like taking a culinary pilgrimage. Korean born and Belgian raised Chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre presents truly innovative food pairings using fresh ingredients and a variety of technology. Looking at some of his cooking devices, including an ultrasound machine, you might decide to call his restaurant a cooking lab. Outside, Chef Degeimbre has extensive gardens, making locally sourced produce truly local.
